Q: Are copper bowls safe for food and water?

A: Copper has long been used for the carrying of water throughout fine homes and buildings around the world. It is often used for cooking, serving and preparing meals and beverages. There are no known issues utilizing copper products.

Q: Why use a copper bowl instead of some other type?

A: Copper is a rare organic material that naturally provides anti-bacterial/anti-microbial properties. Copper is also extremely durable and will provide years of satisfaction in both it’s use and appearance.

Q: I notice most of the bowls are quite large, what do you offer for smaller pets?

A: We are happy to offer our six inch shallow bowl for our smaller friends.

Q: I notice you have some designs, can I request a personal customized order?

A: We welcome any ideas you have to share. However, we are not currently accepting any requests for personal customizations.

Q: My bowls don’t exactly look alike, is this normal?

A: These bowls are hand formed from the finest quality copper available today Please be aware that these type of artisan bowls have a finish that is by nature uneven and variable in color and pattern. In addition, the dimensions and consistency of shape can vary considerably. We offer these products with the view that these variations are part of the rustic character and charm and do not constitute defects.
